Happy, Happiness
The most important is that we are happy within ourselves; we are satisfied. Only when you aresatisfied, can you then satisfy others. Only when you know how to love yourself and you know how great you are, can you make others great or respect the greatness of other people. Therefore, all the Masters say: "Know yourself." "Seek you first the kingdom of God which is within you." That means your Self. "Seek the Holy Spirit which dwells within you." "Know you not you are the temple of God, and the Holy Spirit dwells within you." "Seek your Buddha nature, the highest Buddha Nature"; it's the same thing.
If you are enlightened, you are happy. The more happy, the moreyou believe in enlightenment, and the more you will appreciate God's nature.
Spiritual practitioners are very happy and contented, livelyand at ease, because nothing is stuck in their minds. They are more ingenuous, and do not feel any restrictions or pressure. Therefore, they don't need muchsleep, and still remain very relaxed and energetic. It truly is so.
If we have God, then everywhere we go, God is there, and then we will feel happyanywhere. Nirvana or Heaven is not only a place in the universe, but itis also a state of being. If we reach this state of consciousness, we willalways be satisfied and we will always have much too much, we will never want.
