the EAGLE FROM THE WEST MEETS THE DRAGON
FROM THE EAST

From San Jose Center,U.S.A.

This is how the story begins...

In 1993, fellow initiateswere helping Master with a disaster relief effort for the ragingtires in Laguna Beach, California. Master had been invited tospeak at an interfaith prayer ceremony on behalf of the fire victims.Among the Buddhists, Hindu, Christian and other faiths, therewas also Thomas One Wolf, a Native American elder from the Saquamish(the tribe of the famous Chief Seattle in Washington State), representingthe Native American cultures. On this occasion, Thomas One Wolfsaid that he wanted to deliver a message to Her: "The elderswant me to greet You with honor, that You are the great One. Afterthe ceremony, he and his wife invited Master to bring a smallgroup to dinner at their home. It was a warm and welcoming atmosphereand everyone laughed and talked together as old friends that day.

.....

(Excerpt of the talkbetween Thomas One Wolf and Master during the dinner of Thomas'home in Laguna Beach, CA, USA. November 1993.)

THOMASONE WOLF:"Maybe I can share with those people that have walkedwith You today. One of the greatest gifts that the Indian, especiallyin my walk, have received is that we are not but maybe a messengerin these times and we have come to learn that because we are sofew we must do the part that we can and deliver these messagesof the deepest spiritual sense and of the very deepest meaningto our peoples. To those who say Grandfather, or God as you wouldknow Hirm, guides our lives. Usually it is in an easy way thatwe talk because we don't have so many big words. And when I sharea message like today with Master, it is because She is not sofortunate as I. She has to go to the world and give that message.I must go to the mountain to get it.

So it is with beautythese very happenings; this seems small but it is only small untilHer knowledge becomes wisdom. Her wisdom is knowledge shared. So in every word that She speaks, when She is being of lightnessand happiness or sharing a joke or in that way with you, remembersomething: the only word you are really hearing is Joy. When youare walking with Her and you see people that will respect andhonor Her way and pay homage to Her, then you are gifted by thegift of Her peace.

These are what Mastersare to the Indian. We do not know their ways, we only know onething and have come to know it for thousands of years. The onlyword that the Americans have brought to us that would say it,is good. This is good that the whole world can hear, that theDragon from the East meets the Eagle from the West and they cometogether and say "I love you;" and that is the world'smessage.

The Masters willteach you how to obtain peace of heart, harmony and balance. Ido not know the ways to teach you that. I only know how to achieveas we call it 'As-ho" it means harmony, balance and peaceof oneself. I can do that when I go to my mountain. The Mastershave got the biggest job on Mother. They must share with the multitudesand they are truly the picture I paint when I tell many like yourselvesto listen, the thunder voices are coming and truly I mean thatin the best way. And the honor that the Master would pay to comeand receive the message, so simple as the one I have. For Herto come tells me okay now I can go to my mountain and await forthe next one (message).

So I pray that allof you, the Eagles of the West, and the Eagles here that havejoined us as well, that all of us can remember that when all elseis removed, what is She but my sister and yours. I love you eachand all of you and thank you for blessing my home this day andit is as it should be. Aho!" (An Indian term meaning "sobe it".)

MASTER: "I am so touched by yoursincerity and your humility. That is something l have to learnalso. I don't have enough humility. I have humor but no humility!I've tried to learn; it is hard to be humble, one American songsays.

Well I guess God doesn'twant me to be humble, Hes wants me to do something regardlessof my personality. And as I have just told your Brother Teacherjust treat me as a friend because it doesn't matter what titleI am wearing, it is just a kind of habit like clothes. You can'tjust take it off it's too late. I myself do not feel I'm a Masterof any kind. Otherwise, I couldn't joke with you, I couldn't bewith you like that, I would be stuck. So I just ask him and yourselfto treat me as a sister; a friend and if I can help you in anyway,it is the Great Spirit. I am just one of the messengers like youare and I am very thankful for your message. Because you havereceived it, you must give it to me. It gives me some encouragement."

THOMASONE WOLF also said: "I wanted totell your people that I will be doing a very special ceremonyfor Master and all of you that walk and honor Her. And I willdedicate this ceremony to Her and Her walk; not only that butalso from whence She comes, to the people of Au Lac and to thepeople of the Eastern Dragon, all of them will be included inthis Inipi way. I hope and pray that this will make a resoundingbell of peace ring, that will strike the times because truly itis a thunder voice that will carry the message and I can onlydo my part in the most sacred way I know. So our love in our heartsis with all of you. You are very very special. Grandfather (hepoints to heaven) doesn't make mistakes. Aho!"

MASTER: "It's very very special.Indian people have preserved this kind of sacred knowledge sincethousands of years, I guess, and have passed it on generationafter generation. It has never been diluted or polluted by theso-called civilization as we have it now. So their tradition isone of the oldest, the most preserved. Their tradition is thepurest. I am very happy to get to know the Chief. It is very difficultto know the real one! So thank you for taking the time to comewith us and bless the people and this land. It is very good ofyou."
