In that case, they cannot progressvery quickly. Also, try to check your thoughts. If you check yourthoughts, there is no bad speech and there are no bad deeds. Ifone thought arises and you check it immediately, it will not comeout of your mouth or result in action. So, thought is important.Don't follow your passion or your thoughts, in your mind. Youremind each other. The precepts begin from your thoughts. Puritybegins from your thoughts. So, check your own thinking.
..... Wemust act according to what God wants, and in order to know whatGod wants, we have to be prepared; prepared in our speech, inour body and mind, to listen to what God says and not to whatwe say.
..... Actions,speeches and thoughts are different forms of the same element.Therefore, our thoughts are equivalent to our actions. This iswhy we must watch carefully our actions, speech and thoughts.
..... Andwhenever the situation needs our love, to show it, we have toshow our love, and we have to show some actions, speech and thoughtsalways in loving kindness. That's the best for our spiritual growthand best for our fellow beings.

..... Sothat is the reason we should always generate goodness in our thoughts,in our deeds. In thoughts, deeds, and what else? Speech, yes,to derive the goodness that we have sown. That is why in the Bibleit is stated, "As you sow, so shall you reap," and inthe Buddhist scriptures, it is stated that if you do good deeds,you'll get good results; if you do bad, then you'll reap the resultsthereof. Most scriptures mention the same things. In order toreach heaven, it is logical, now we know that we have to tuneinto goodness, to the positive part of the world. And the morewe step into goodness, the nearer the goodness, the more we mergeinto this heavenly quality and the more we are near to heaven.The negative force may exist in our neighborhood, but it willnot affect us. For example, we have lights in our house, neonlamps, and outside our house may be darkness, but when we stepinto our house and stay there, we can read, we can work, we canplay, we can see our loved ones and all the surroundings. Thedarkness outside will not affect our light inside the house. Sothat is a very simple and a kind of basic explanation about goodand evil, heaven and hell.

..... Wehave to be careful of how we act in everyday life, because it'snot we, alone, that get the full scale of responsibility of whatwe do, what we say, or what we think; but we might affect otherpeople.
..... Actually,our thinking is very important. We should take care that our thinkingis always good, because thinking is the material for the physicalappearance of all things in this universe. If it is too strong,it will materialize right away. If it is not strong enough, itwill take some time to materialize.

..... Whateverwe speak will give a vibration; and accordingly what we say, goodor bad, will affect upon us again.
..... Therefore,we have the choice to think positively. Everything that is beneficialto other people and ourselves at the right moment, that is positive.And everything that hurts you and hurts other people, that isnegative. So every time we have to consider what is negative,and what is positive and that is how we fight. And when we alwaysthink positively, speak positively, and love people, and alwaysact in a positive way, which means properly, in the right timeand beneficial for ourselves and to other people, that is whenwe are siding with the positive force and the positive force hasone more storehouse of power to overcome the negative energy inthis world.
..... Thepurpose of keeping the precepts is to make ourselves stable; itis not definite that they will protect anyone. However, when weare protecting ourselves, naturally others are also protected;because they won't collect our karma through scolding us, hurtingour feelings, beating, or humiliating us. If they were to reapany retribution later, it would have all been initiated by us.
Therefore, if we are pure in actions, speechand thoughts, we are not only protecting ourselves, but also theother party or any other people around us as well.
..... Wemust take care not to make new karma. Don't make a new reactionto pull us into suffering anymore. We must keep the precepts andkeep vigilant day and night with our spiritual strength. Whateverwe desire at the time of death, we get. That is a problem andnot many people know about it. That's why they don't think theywill fall into hell but they will. It's a pity.
..... Weare an open book to the whole universe, so be careful. So wheneverwe think something bad, better cut it out right away. Otherwisevery embarrassing.
..... Thoughtsare very important. When we think nobly, the whole universe admires,loves and serves us; and waits for us to visit their place. Whenour thoughts are not noble, not glorious and not as generous asthe enlightened ones, we become ordinary sentient beings. Thisis what is meant by: "All is created by the mind!"
..... Donot ever think that no one knows what we are doing. That is themost important message I want to tell you. People will sense it,they will recognize it, they will just feel it. Sometimes theywill see it in a vision. So I want to tell you this not to beproud, but just because I want you to know whatever we are inside,it's difficult to hide. Even though we think not many know. Theydo. Not everyone knows perhaps, but there are people who know.
That is why have to make sure that we are pureinside, because there are saints, there are highly developed peoplein this world. They know who we are, they know what we think inside,they know what we do even though they are not acquainted withour daily lives. They know; they can see through the clothes thatyou wear, doesn't matter how thick; they can see through all themake-up, doesn't matter how good quality the powder and the lipstick.They can see through everything. So make sure that you know youare good and pure and you are with God, then people will see thatwithin you.

M.Yeah, it's difficult. You also have to use this power, this inbornpower. You have to practice this Quan Yin Method, then you naturallybecome pure. It isn't for us to struggle anymore. Every day weuse the light, use the sound to purify us, to bathe us. But alsothere is a kind of inspection, the spiritual diary. Every day,you may check yourself to see how clean you have become in speech,action, and mind, to see how you have progressed.
